Yes. Many roles are open to remote work anywhere in India, with a few days of overlap with the team each month. Check the location on each role.
Four steps over roughly two weeks: a short intro call, a technical deep-dive based on real work, a founder conversation, and an offer within 48 hours of a yes on both sides.
No. We hire strong engineers and architects from product companies, startups and consultancies alike. What matters is that you have built and run real systems.
